In response to some people unsure of their upgrade status from 3.7.1 to 18.104.22.168 and a patch released at the end of March. Here is a direct link to the code library that solved (according to our testing and customer response) the blank patient import problem:

Please file the following steps to ensure you have the correct version
1. Find the file below via C:\Program Files\emsCharts Mobile V3 or C:\Program Files (x86) \emsCharts Mobile V3 or wherever you installed mobile.
2. Right click on the emsChartsComm.dll file, click Properties, and click the Details tab
3. Verify the versions are listed as 22.214.171.124 and the date is 3/26/2015. If not, at least replace that file with the zip file above (or better yet, uninstall and reinstall the correct version of mobile)
